1. Orders for which WOYOU has received full payment will be shipped on a first-paid, first-shipped basis.
2. For pre-order orders, the exact shipping date is subject to factory notification. If there is any update, WOYOU will notify the buyer in time.
3. We promise to ship within 7 days after the order is placed, and most orders will be shipped within 48 hours!

1. Please note that for brand new miners, the warranty period is 6 months/12 months from the time of production (depending on the manufacturer's different policies).

3. For used miners, we will provide a video of the miner's operation before shipment so that you can better view the operating status of the miner's computing power. After your acceptance, we will fully communicate with you and arrange for shipment.
