Payment

Due to rapid market changes, mining machine prices may fluctuate multiple times even within a short period. Please confirm prices with our sales representatives before making a payment. Option 1: Offline Payment Option 2: Bank Transfer Payments cannot be accepted from sensitive countries such as Russia and Iran. Before making a payment, you need to confirm with the finance department if it can be received and proceed with the transfer only after verifying the customer’s account.

  1. The above retail prices do not include shipping, customs duties, and other taxes (if any). Feel free to inquire about the detailed information for different orders. DDP services (prices including customs duties and shipping) are available in some countries.
  2. The images are for reference only, and the final shipped version is based on the actual product.
  3. Please understand that once an order is placed or pre-ordered on WOYOU, it is considered a final order and cannot be canceled.

Refund

All items are non-refundable, and orders cannot be canceled (except for damages and defects covered by the product warranty). You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for replacement products to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Explanation about different payment methods and different prices

In order to offer a wide range of payment options, we offer different payment methods, each with different associated costs. Therefore, the price of the same product may vary depending on the payment method chosen. The most affordable payment method is to pay with USDT, while wire transfers in USD/CNY are subject to an additional fee of approximately 10%. There are two options for platform payments: credit card and non-credit card. The additional fee for credit card payments is about 50%, while the additional fee for non-credit card payments is about 20%.

Explanation on price fluctuation

Thank you for choosing our mining products. Due to their unique nature, the prices of our mining equipment fluctuate greatly, changing daily and sometimes hourly. We understand that this can present challenges as customers may experience price changes after purchase or fluctuations during the sales process.

It is important to note that, similar to stock investments, we do not support order cancellations or refunds once a mineral transaction has been completed and shipped. This policy applies whether the price of the product goes up or down after purchase.

To use an apt analogy, consider the stock market – if you purchase a stock for $10 and its value drops to $8, you can’t ask for a refund of the difference. Similarly, if the stock price goes up, you don’t have to compensate someone for the difference. The same principle applies to minerals; once a purchase is confirmed, it is the customer’s responsibility to assume the risks associated with price fluctuations.
